1.미녹시딜입니다.
미녹시딜이 효과가 좋으나 모든 여성형 탈모에 효과가 있는건 아니라는 얘기와
최소한 2개월은 쓰고나야 효과가 있는지 판정할수있다는 말
최대효과는 4개월이 되어야 볼수있고 어떤이는 6-12개월이 되어야 최고효과가 나타난다
효과가 있다면 지속적으로 사용하여야 한다,
바르는 방법은 하루에 두번 바르면 모낭에 침투가 되어야 하므로
꼼꼼히 두피에 발라야 한다 머리를 충분히 마른후 발라야 하고.
바른후에는 4시간은 머리를 감으면 안된다.
바른후 손을 깨끗이 씻고 얼굴에 묻은것은 닦아낸다.
요건 부작용인 얼굴의 털이 두꺼워지는걸 방지하기 위함입니다.
미녹시딜의 부작용인 따가움은 미녹시딜보다는 잘마르기위해 함유된
알콜에의한 접촉성피부염의 증상입니다.
5%가 더 효과적이나 얼굴의 발모가 나타날수 있다
요즘 은 5%도 여성에게 사용을 하기도 한다.
따가움이 있는 환자들에게는 폼 형식의 미녹시딜을 권유하라.
2 ANTI-ANDROGENS
알닥톤(SPIRONOLACTONE) 이뇨제의 일종 과 피나스테라이드
여성형 탈모에 효과가 있다는 증거는 없으나
몇몇 논문에서는 효과가 있는걸로 알려져 있어 사용되기도 한다.
3.철분제재
간혹 빈혈이 탈모를 유발하기도 한다
여자분의 혈중 IRON이 70ng/ml라면 철분제제를 투여해야하나
철분제제가 여성형 탈모에 효과는 없다.
4.hair transplatation
미국에서1990년대 중반부터 모낭군 이식을 하기 시작했다는 내용과
2주에서 3주부터 이식된 머리털이 빠져서 3개월 이후부터 다시 자란다는 내용6개월에서 9개월이 면 60%의 머리가 자란다.
수술후 미녹시딜을 처방하는데 아직 그효과는 충분히 검증되지는 않았다.
부작용은 2가지 모낭염 모낭염은 항생제로 잘조절될수이ㅆ는 경미한 부작용이다.
다른하나는 SHOCK LOSS(우리들은 동반탈락 이라고 말하지요)
30-50%에서 오는 심각한 부작용이기는 하나 일시적으로 다시 자라난다는 내용입니다.
여기는 이식량과 가격도 언급되어있네요
500-2000모낭을 이식하게되며
대략 1000-4000모정도겠지요
가격은 4000-15000불이라고 언급되어 있습니다.
우리나라보다는 2-3배정도의 가격이네요.

Hair transplantation
Hair transplantation, a procedure used in the United States
for more than 50 years, involves removing a strip of scalp
from the back of the head and using it to fi ll in a bald patch.
Today, 90% of hair-transplant surgeons
use a technique called follicular
unit transplantation, which was
intro duced in the mid-1990s.
During this procedure, surgeons
remove a narrow strip of scalp and
divide it into hundreds of tiny graft s,
each containing just a few hairs.
Each graft is planted in a slit in the
scalp created by a blade or needle in
the area of missing hair. Hair grows
naturally this way, in small clusters of
one to four follicles, called follicular
units. As a result, the graft looks better
than the larger “plugs” associated
with hair transplants of yesteryear.
Th e transplanted hair will shed
within two to three weeks, and new
growth will start at around three
months. Aft er six to nine months,
most people will have achieved 60%
of new hair growth. Some surgeons
prescribe minoxidil aft er the operation,
but this approach hasn’t been
studied enough to determine its
eff ectiveness.
Side eff ects and concerns: Around
the time new hair growth starts,
some women experience folliculitis
(infl ammation of the follicle). Th is
minor complication can be treated with compresses and
anti biotics. A more serious hazard is shock loss, the sudden
loss of hair that normally grows in the area of the transplant.
Shock loss aff ects 30% to 50% of female hair-transplant
recipients; fortunately, the loss is usually temporary, and
the hair will regrow. One drawback is that there’s a fi nite
amount of donor hair, and it may not be enough to fi ll in
the transplant site as densely as before, especially if the area
of thinning hair is large. A transplant procedure can cost
from $4,000 to $15,000 and is rarely covered by insurance.
